Over 20 years of international stage experience
From a young age, I’ve felt a deep connection to music and the joy of playing it. By the time I was seven, I was already picking out melodies on the piano—well before I began formal lessons. Although I didn’t pursue a formal music education or train classically, I’ve always been eager to challenge myself: exploring music, improving my sight-reading, and developing my piano accompaniment skills over time.
These abilities have allowed me to work professionally in musical settings, including accompanying students live during exhibitions and rehearsals. After spending so many years surrounded by music and stage productions, it felt only natural for the next dream to take shape: stepping into the role of musical director for a show.

Aber bitte mit Schlager – COMEDY WITH THE GREATEST HITS OF THE 70S & 80S
After working on a production with Italian Schlager music, I had the opportunity to transition to German Schlager, accompanying five talented musical performers through songs they had been listening to since their youth — some of which I had actually performed myself as a lead soloist on the AIDA ships, where I worked across different ships in the fleet. The challenge in this production was to create the right balance between solo performances and group singing, while finding the ideal arrangements to support the storyline and enhance the emotional depth of the piece.

Bella Italia – Musikalische Komödie mit den grössten Italo-Hits
In 2024, I finally had the chance to make this dream a reality when I became the musical director for the musical comedy Bella Italia, directed by Steffan Leonard in Hamburg. Working on this production gave me the incredible opportunity to collaborate with five exceptionally talented musical performers. I led them through a repertoire of Italian pop songs that hold a special place in my heart, having accompanied me from my youth to the present. Since none of the performers spoke Italian, I dedicated a lot of time to working with them on pronunciation and phonetics to ensure they sounded as authentic as possible.
It was deeply rewarding to help them capture the essence of the language and culture in their performances. Being entrusted with the musical direction of such a successful production was a true honour. Bella Italia premiered in Bremen and went on to enjoy a highly acclaimed run at the Kleines Hoftheater in Hamburg, where it was met with tremendous enthusiasm from the audience.
